What I liked
I loved working with my friends and other students who were my age. I had a great manager that knew exactly how to manage a restaurant employed primarily by teenagers. My boss paid each of us fairly and gave us multiple raises throughout the year. It was a great job that taught me phone skills, cleaning skills, people skills, management skills, and customer service skills.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours that I worked could have been different. At times I was scheduled for 3 hour shifts, twice a week which isn't much. At the end of the pay period, I wouldn't have a lot of money on my paycheck. Although I had discussed the issue with my boss, there was not much he did and many of my coworkers experienced issues similar to mine.
Advice
I would recommend this job as a starting job. It taught me a lot of skills that I can use in almost every job. It is a great way to make friends, get some work experience, and earn some money.

What I liked
I love the flexible work schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish there was better more experienced management to train people that haven't ever worked at a job before. Your first job can make a huge difference when it comes to your work ethic.
Advice
Definitely a good first job and pretty reliable. I would say make it clear what type of hours you are looking to get and make sure the manager know your needs if you are going to school and then you should be successful there.
