I like the structure and Team atmosphere and the consistency.
What I wish was different
I wish I wouldn't have wasted time selecting the appropriate graduate school and tried a little harder attaining a certain professional certification that could have landed me a better job.
Advice
Experience is a hard teacher. Don't waste time pursuing the things that bring you joy.

What I liked
Allowed me to be practice leadership skills and gain management experience. Good pay and flexible schedule made it easy to carry into the school year.

I wish there were more students.
Advice
Don't take it too seriously. It is easy to get stressed out in management positions as everyone looks to you for answers.
