The work assigned is individual work or projects which I think is something that can change.
Advice
One piece of advise I would give is put yourself out there and learn as much as you can from everyone around you. Also, listen more than you speak because in this industry you're constantly learning something new. You need to be able to be adaptable and a fast learner.
