Pali Institute is a growing outdoor education program located in the San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California. We are seeking enthusiastic educators with a strong work ethic to join our rigorous, fast-paced, and fun outdoor education program. We strive to be an excellent educational supplement to classroom-based curriculum, and are proud to be a WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) and AEE (Association for Experiential Education) accredited organization.
At Pali we use our unique outdoor setting to teach students the wonders of science, environmental ethics, outdoor skills, teambuilding, and leadership. Most weeks, instructors teach an activity group during the day and take on the role of cabin instructor during meals and at night. During cabin time, instructors can customize the students’ experience, gearing activities towards sharing personal passions like music, art, or adventuring out to play games on an exploratory hike. Instructors at Pali gain a uniquely diverse set of skills, knowledge, and experiences that will influence future success.
