The close connection with managers willing to help with anything at a moments notice and the their daily check ins to make sure everything was going well. I also enjoyed the ability to take on new projects outside the role role assigned to me.
What I wish was different
More in person experience, although COVID made that difficult.
Advice
As a small company, you do not have to be relegated to your role. You will have the ability to see and gain experience in other area's of the company as well.
