The community at Padnos is very family based. They care about you, how you’re feeling, your attitude, and about your personal family. They constantly check in to see how you are and they take great pride in your work.

There isn’t anything I wish was different. The job was exactly what it said it was.
Advice
Every job in a company matters. Even if it is the bottom of the chain, without those jobs the company cannot run. With hard work and a positive attitude you can move up with promotions, so don’t get caught up with how much a job sucks but focus on where the job can take you.
