I loved the people. Although I was hired specifically on the agriculture team, I had opportunities to work in nearly every sector that Padilla covers. I was trusted with very significant work.
What I wish was different
I had a lot of time sitting around waiting for someone to give me work to do, and I didn't get to connect with the other interns as much as I wanted.
Advice
Meet as many people as possible, ask tons of questions and don't be afraid to share your thoughts and ideas.
