This job was very well organized. The training was thorough, and I felt very well supported during camp. Leadership was great and the work environment was very friendly.
What I wish was different
I wish the camp assignments were a little more associated with what my knowledge areas were, I felt somewhat out of my depth in some of the camps I was assigned to.
Advice
Be flexible- the different camp topics can throw you off if you aren't, and switching educator teams every week only works in everyone is willing to be accommodating.

What I liked
I love working at PacSci camps! I've worked various roles over 4 previous summers and I'd love to go back for more. The admin team is great to work with and super supportive
What I wish was different
I wish that we could do camp all year round!
Advice
Be flexible and have fun! Camp is what you make it and if you enjoy yourself, so will the campers. Also apply early (Feb-March) and be open to different locations and age groups but be honest about where/when can and can't work.
