“I liked that I was able to be a mentor and guide for first-year students. I was there if they needed help with any advice about coming to Pace or if they were anxious about living away from home and experiencing this big step in their life. I was able to hone my leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as my interpersonal skills with coworkers and with students themselves. It is also a very supportive environment with supervisors willing to help you however they can.”
