What I liked

Teaching and developing relationships with students from Latin America and the Middle East. Transformed my perspective and appreciation to the global community and the beauty of cultural diversity.

What I wish was different

The internship was longer and extended beyond the summer. I had an amazing experience with the staff and students at PACE International Academy.

Advice

Be ready to learn and to make mistakes. My supervisor provided plenty of teaching and grading experiences for me. Although it was daunting the beginning, my supervisor provided immediate feedback to help me improve. Moreover, be proactive in providing ideas and implementations for lesson plans. Finally, have fun and go in with a positive attitude to teach and be taught.
