I have liked the amount of responsibility I received. I was respected as a full-time team member even though I was a new intern that was working with adults that have been here for years.
What I wish was different
I wish that there were some more specifications for the entirety of my job description. Sometimes, the looseness of the job was hard to know what was required of me.
Advice
I would suggest that someone confidently state needs and set boundaries when needed.
