What I liked
Right away, I was included in the design of real projects for Oxbo. I was an important member of the team from the beginning.
One other thing I liked was the hands-on aspect of the job. I spent several weeks out in the field testing equipment I had helped to design and manufacture.
What I wish was different
A little more training on Oxbo-specific software right away would have been good, but other than that Oxbo has the co-op process pretty well figured out.
Advice
Make check off lists for tasks that you are going to have to do again. This ensures that you complete tasks with ever increasing accuracy and consistency (as you add more detail to the check list).
