About Our Lady of the Lake University

Our Lady of the Lake University was founded in 1895 by the Sisters of the Congregation of Divine Providence, a religious order begun in 18th century Lorraine, France, by Blessed John Martin Moye. The University offers more than 60, undergraduate majors and minors, more than 16 master's degree programs and two doctoral degree programs with programs being offered in San Antonio, Houston, Rio Grande Valley and Online. OLLU is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.
