What I liked

So for this summer vacation, I took an internship in the HCM department of Inspur, a leading cloud computing and big data service provider in China. Here, I had first-hand experience in large-scale projects and learned many useful skills.

What I wish was different

For example, the development of content should rely on fixed templates and formats. When developing new content, one should always maintain the rigor of his code for it needed to be tested first. When cooperating to develop content, one should keep in close touch with the team members to improve efficiency and code quality.

Advice

When conducting independent development, one must have a clear plan with strong logic, and then implement them one by one. The most impressive part of this internship lied in its large demand of knowledge and experience. This made me realized what I had learned was not enough to pursue my ideal in the future.
