I liked the people and the freedom I had to sort of carve out what my internship was going to look like. I appreciated the support I had from everyone around me. I loved getting to set the ball rolling on what I hope becomes a new pillar of the organization.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten to start earlier. I also wish I had been able to work in person, because I feel like there might have been more structure to my role.
Advice
Ask questions! I was there to learn by doing, and asking questions really allowed me to more thoroughly understand what I was doing.
