I loved being able to learn about state agencies. I enjoyed my experience of working an office job especially having the freedom of creativity of influencing my final project.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more diversity in the interns hired. I think it would have been helpful to have more orientation for final project.
Advice
I would encourage anyone hired to be openminded and to also ask questions for clarification or give suggestions. Many people who work in this agency have worked there are very long time and hearing new perspectives and ideas helps better improve the agency.
