What I liked

I liked this summer job because you were able to get out what you put into it. I really enjoyed being able to hone in on my people skills and use my outgoing personality in order to help my studio make sales.

What I wish was different

One thing that I wish had been different was the commission system -- sometimes you would work shifts and would not be able to make any sales solely because there were not any new members coming in to take their first class. It was very variable and was determined by the luck of the draw, which was something I didn't really enjoy.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share is if you really want to succeed, you need to put in the effort to do so. The daily quota is to make 30 calls, but if you have the time you can stretch for 35, 40, or even 45 in order to increase your odds of getting more people into the studio.
