What I wish was different
Employees sometimes make it difficult to schedule them because of availability, but nothing I can change. I was one of the challenges from this experience, but made it worthwhile
Advice
Being a manager takes a very specific work ethic and attitude, and if you don't have it, you may not be fir for the role.
