The flexibility that comes hand-in-hand with this position. Also, the job was very easy to pick up and learn how to do.

They can be unreliable and informal with the scheduling.
Advice
Be prepared to have the schedule changed on you without prior knowledge and to have some hours cut back. Also, although the position is not difficult, it can be very repetitive and boring.
