I liked the work environment a lot as even though it wasn't super laid-back, my coworkers were very supportive and always ready to help. I also liked learning about color composition and layout of objects when designing the online interactive educational content as I felt I learned a lot about how layout can attract attention. I also really liked using a variety of resources to develop educational content.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have had more of a 'on-field' experience as well - I would have loved to go to different schools that use OLE's technology and see how students respond to the content I made in real life.
Advice
One advice I would like to share is to not be afraid to ask your superiors about anything - there will always be people there to guide you.
