What I liked
Coworkers were amazing to be around, they would be willing to help out when I was struggling at a specific task.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been better training when starting out. On my first day, I had fifteen minutes with a lead and was left to complete the task of brick loading trailers. Due to this, many new hires did not last a week and quit out of frustration.
Advice
Be prepared to do a lot of physical labor and do not get overwhelmed mentally. The coworkers will help you if you ask for help.
