What I liked

This was a great summer working environment! Omnicom Health Group really appreciates young, developing talent and works hard to educate their employees to set them up for success.

What I wish was different

Human Resources Interns don't have the opportunity to work with the other interns as much because we, naturally, have different tasks from them. Considering this, I wish there had been greater connection between HR interns.

Advice

This internship is what you make of it! Everyone is really nice so this is a great opportunity to network and form relationships with industry professionals. What you put in is what you get out.

Legal Intern

What I liked

I LOVED my boss. She was the general counsel for the entire company of Omnicom Healthgroup, which is a fortune 200 company. I am still an undergraduate student, so for me to get a legal internship was a huge blessing, and I am grateful she gave me a shot. She allowed me to draft contracts and sit in on ongoing employment claims. I really liked that she included me in her day to day, and allowed me to actually do things, and mentor me.
