As the baby boomer generation continues to grow older, 10,000 people per day turn 65. Omni views this growth as an opportunity and currently, Omni Smart Living has executed on 8 independent living/ assisted living/ memory care projects in Northeast, OH with 2 more under construction. After successfully closing out our first four real estate private equity funds, we are working towards fully subscribing a fifth senior living fund and continuing to grow our portfolio.
