The people were amazing! Really helpful and personable - regardless of whether you see yourself working there, they will want to help you succeed and develop your skills.
What I wish was different
There were longer hours that did not lend itself to a good work-life balance.
Advice
My one piece of advice would be to not be discouraged about your how much you have to learn - take opportunities to develop skills in stride and don't overthink too much.

What I liked
Although this experience was virtual, I was happy to be able to connect in a wide variety of projects that allowed me to develop a relationship with almost all of my co-workers.

Advice
Be driven, and show your curiosity to understand the material and data you are working with. OW is a place the embraces teamwork, so don't be afraid to ask for help so that everyone can grow together.
