It was hard to start at the company in a virtual environment so would've been nice to have in person option

Don't be afraid to reach out to your manager for support -- everyone is very friendly and wants to help make your experience positive.

What I liked
Oliver Wyman has a great and open culture. The people I was around were absolutely amazing and there were lots of events to get to know more about the company. I learned a lot and enjoyed the process of learning.
What I wish was different
I didn't work long hours but some of my other intern friends did. In general, I had few issues with the experience, but corporate America isn't for me.

Talk to everyone you can.
