What I wish was different
A specific breakdown of responsibilities for each Intern could have been helpful. We shared the workload among three interns, which wasn’t a problem, but there was definitely a learning curve as you structured how to split the work.
Advice
Always ask questions and be careful with phrasing with residents. Context is really crucial to communication with the public, contractors, and fellow engineers.

What I liked
I learned way more working over the four month period than I have in the last three years in a classroom.
