The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) provides leadership, planning, management, and implementation to support the teaching and research mission of the University through a diverse range of administrative, logistic, and record keeping services for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and former students. The OUR collaborates with all campus colleges, schools, departments, and units to ensure the delivery of these critical institutional functions. This department is responsible for implementing and maintaining federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies for all enrollment related student and faculty functions. The Academic Services Unit (ASU) is a major unit of the Office of the University Registrar which serves 30,000+ students and UCD alumni. The Academic Services Unit is a multi-media repository of current and historical student records supporting the daily activities and distribution of information that serves the campus community.
