I like the working environment where people are very supportive. Also, the job duties fit me well which are what I've working for.
What I wish was different
Work location. Due to the long commute, I wish they have more alternative offices in my location which could full everyone's needs.
Advice
If you have not found the job you like yet, keep looking! I spent 3 months after my Bachelor graduation to find the job that I like. In the meantime, I was working as a part time intern to get more and more experience.
