I love how Amanda was set each day to focus on a task and allow me creative freedom but she gave helpful feedback.
I was challenged in my writing and other journalist skills but overall I came out confident in writing for magazines and understood the basic information of formatting for magazines.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work with the other team members but because the pandemic I was limited to Amanda. We worked through Asana to discuss tasks and used zoom for interviews.
Advice
It is a great experience to get work published with a known magazine company.
