Had the opportunity to rotate around different position in the restaurant, Stewman's Lobster Pound. My schedule was a rotation between food-runner, hostess, busser, and working the take out window selling desserts and the full restaurant menu.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have rotated throughout the other restaurants as they were classified differently (causal dining, fining dining, etc.).
Advice
It is a great experience if you need to get your foot in the door!

What I liked
It was an internship where I learned the fundamentals of food and beverage management. Different positions included: busser, runner, host, and waitstaff. I liked the people I worked with, it was a good team. Would have liked more opportunity learning about what Food and Beverage Director does on a daily basis.
What I wish was different
More opportunities other than what I already had experience doing. More communication between the young management team and employees to ensure quality service.
Advice
Ocean Properies is a good company and in particular I had a great experience at the Zota Beach Resort. I would say the one thing I learned is to be vocal to management about concerns who have because they want your input.
