The welcoming environment and the feeling of a big family with the other associates. This is why I willingly chose to come back and work as a seasonal employee as the position that I could.
What I wish was different
More people working in a shift on the weekends when more help was needed and sales were very high and busy.
Advice
Always keep yourself busy and focused with a positive attitude. Ask for help when at anytime are unsure or incapable of doing a task by yourself in order to maintain efficiency and gain knowledge.
