Clubhouse Operations Intern

What I liked

I enjoyed the experience it gave me in the sports industry and the different tasks I was assigned to. It gave me a look into what working in the hospitality aspect of the sports industry looks like.

What I wish was different

Unfortunately, my experiences were slightly limited because of Covid-19. Although I did get to work on some golf tournaments, I originally was going to be able to work more. I enjoyed working the golf tournaments the most, so I hope I will get another chance to do so.

Advice

I think that I would tell a new intern at Oak Hill Country Club to put themselves out there and try to be as available as possible. If you work hard at each task and are open to working different areas, they will see your dedication.
