The office has a great and lively atmosphere. Each person typically knows their role and as long as each person is contributing everyone has a good time.
I also like the fact that roles can rotate depending on need. You can start with a job one week, and then be switched to a different job the next.

I would say listen to directions. You are going to be told exactly what to say or do and you should not deviate from it. Good listeners and rule followers will thrive in the environment.
It is important not to deviate from the goal or what your initial instructions were.
