I enjoyed the hands on experience when working in the field. Learning how to communicate with subcontractors and organize schedules will help me with my future job.

I wish I could have started the training program that needs completed to become a project manager.
Advice
Build relationships with the subcontractors and try to learn as much about the different trades.

What I liked
The whole experience was a good one. I was able to get experience in a corporate environment and learn about 2 different jobs within this company. I got a lot of feedback on the work that I was doing, and felt helpful and influential to the business a majority of the time.
