What I liked
I liked the level of respect and appreciation that I received from a majority of the full-time staff. I was treated more like a fellow employee than a summer employee and given a very high level of independence. Although the company was in a transition period, my boss did the most to try and make it a good experience for me.
What I wish was different
I wish that their would have been a little more structure in my internship.
Advice
Ask questions, put yourself in the situation where you can learn as many new skills as possible. Some experiences may not show you each and every step so it is up to you to take the initiative and make the most out of it.
