What I liked

I liked the team. Everyone there is easy to get along with. Both operations and HR were small, but that was what I enjoyed the most about it, everyone talks to one another and the communication was very good with both sides of the organization.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Advice

If you are new to HR, go in with an open mind. Be open to learning new things. Some situations will make you uncomfortable, but practicing and gaining advice from seniors in order to improve goes a long way. Being novice to HR, I was not ready for what was to come, but the short time I was there I learned something new every month, from payroll to benefits.
