It was a great learning opportunity to expand on skills I had developed both in and out of the classroom. It was also a very diverse job that allowed me to work on many different types of projects.

What I liked
Nova took me in and treated me like a full time employee. I worked with so many people having functions all throughout the company. Everyone is friendly and the work I did was quite fulfilling.
What I wish was different
Dealing with all the paperwork/document handling departments was a hassle and took a while to get used to.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions as everyone is willing to help.
