All employees are given free buffet-style lunch every work day. Travel expenses and housing was all taken care of by the company and the location is in a very trendy part of the city that is only 10 minutes walking from Lake Michigan and Summerfest. There are many people in your team or around the company that are eager to mentor and teach young professionals about their role and inform them of other industry skills to pick up that are priceless in advancing in their career.
What I wish was different
Nothing. It was a great experience.
Advice
Do NOT be shy. There are thousands of people who work here but almost everyone is accessible to meet whether in their office or at lunch via email request. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with senior leaders in the company or to ask questions of other directors in different departments about their roles.
