You are given a lot of freedom and able to make a lot of money if you work hard. I can't say down at the salary part but for salary you get paid a weekly stipend of $100 for going to trainings then everything else is commission I made about $10,500 total in the summer and my contract is still open
What I wish was different
Less "cold" calls. They weren't actually cold because I knew the people but they werent expecting your call and it was a little bit awkward. In order to continue business you need to make calls and it is definitely beneficial to have verbal skills over the phone and it takes guts to make your Dials every day
Advice
Call. People need your help in this profession as much as they don't want it and be persistent
