I enjoyed solving customer's problems with their online banking and relieving them of any concerns they may have had with their bank accounts. Also, my co-workers were extremely helpful and freindly.
What I wish was different
I wish the 3 weeks of training would have run a little smoother because it was unclear at first what type of phone calls the interns would be taking and which ones they would have to transfer to a full-time specialist.
Advice
I recommend this internship/job experience to anyone, especially if you feel uncomfortable talking on the phone. It makes phone calls with unfamiliar people not as scary.

What I liked
I was blessed with the most considerate and patient trainers and managers. The work culture was positive and the chemistry between my peers was strong and motivating. They worked very well with my summer baseball schedule, they noticed that I had busy events going on after work and they helped trim my hours down so I could work and play baseball.
What I wish was different
I wish they would have had the position still open I wanted to return tot he Lockport branch. There was a change in management which didn't allow me to return anymore.
Advice
I would go in keeping expectations low because theres a lot of turnover.
