Volunteer
September 2018 - June 2019 • New York City, NY
What I liked
It was a very good experience where I was able to gain knowledge of what went on in a clinical setting. I was able to meet important people who have intentions of investing in me through my college career than I am still in contact with. There are very helpful higher ups that want to see younger people work and develop a career. It is a fast paced and uplifting work culture with room for growth if you desire it.
What I wish was different
I wish the volunteers expanded job areas, but overall the variety was good.
Advice
One piece of advice would be to network and don’t be afraid to speak up. There are many people willing to help and voice advice.
