Ask questions! There is a lot of information at the beginning of the job, including 40+ hours of virtual training, but it is all helpful information. When you first get on the job and start working with the kids and running programs, it can be intimidating. However, the staff wants you to succeed and asking questions is the best way to get better at your job and provide the best care possible.
