I enjoyed working with kids on homework, playing with them, taking them on field trips, etc. This job gave me a lot of insight into what types of things I will do when I become a teacher.
What I wish was different
One thing that could have been different was better training.
Advice
Build relationships with your students. Especially when it comes to having to discipline your students, the ones who have a better relationship with you will usually respond more positively to your instruction.
