What I liked
I always work on meaningful work and know that my efforts contribute to the success of the firm. Furthermore, NorthPoint holds their Core Values very high and operates within their bounds.
What I wish was different
Nothing.
Advice
NorthPoint is fun, but not an easy place to work; there are high expectations of effort and performance.
