What I wish was different
I wish the management there had been better at caring for their employees' business and well-being. I was under a lot of stress working this job to point that my mental health was really bad.
Advice
Nursing as a job can be really overwhelming if it's not your passion. Make sure that you know what you're getting into and ensure you are not manipulated into doing things you do not want to do.
