The company and people were fantastic to work with. I also learned many new skills and software.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been trained better. The company was going through a transition when I came in, so I was not trained very well at the beginning. Instead, I slowly learned as I went. It worked out, but my productivity would have been higher if I were trained immediately when I started.
Advice
The interns and engineers should be taken to a Solar FlexRack site to see one of the many projects they work on.
