I loved working with the kids and doing fun activities with them. I mostly worked with special needs campers and helped them feel included with in the larger group.
What I wish was different
How the hours we work during the summer were different than what was said during the interview so that was a little annoying. I would have also liked to see some more staff to help out with the day to day operations.
Advice
You have to have patience. Anything you work with kids they are going to find a way to push all your buttons. You can't let them get to you and remember that you are incharge, not them.

Some of the scheduling was kind of wacky.

It was a lot of fun but be prepared to get sent home if you have to many hours
