Very collaborative work environment with wonderful mentors and curators who think very critically about each exhibition and how to move the museum forward. Curators at the NCMA are genuinely caring and will try to get you exposed to various different types of work!

Talk to curators! Ask questions! Show enthusiasm! That will be the best way to learn.
