I enjoyed working with the children at the summer camp. Their enthusiasm is what motivated me to go to work everyday and it was exciting when they showed interest in educational activities that were administered in the mornings.
What I wish was different
I wish the leading staff would have provided more activities for the children since there was a lot of free time towards the end of the day.
Advice
I suggest to be patient when working with children especially younger ones in this case, that were from ages 8 to 12 years old. Show appreciation when they accomplish something and praise them for following directions.
