I really liked the hybrid schedule where we worked from home for half of the week. I also loved the environment at the office, everyone was very welcoming.
What I wish was different
I wish the communication would have been a little better throughout the internship.

Never be afraid to take risks in applying for any internships related to your field, and take advantage of every opportunity you can.

What I liked
Everyone at the company was generally nice.
What I wish was different
The company was not ready to take on an intern at the time of my hire. If anything, they heavily needed someone with more experience. Understanding the skill level of a person still in college is imperative for any employer seeking to hire an intern. This was simply not the case in this circumstance.
Advice
If you choose to seek an internship at this company, make sure you are comfortable being thrown into the company as if you are apart of the team. They will expect you to know a plethora of knowledge.
